Care Instructions: After use, we recommend rinsing the undies in cold water until it runs clear (as hot water can set the stain), hand wash or pop them in the washing machine. For heavier flow days, you can do a pre-wash step by first soaking the pad in cold water with a drop of tea tree oil to sanitise. Line dry (as dryer may dramatically reduce the leakproof functionality).

Please note that this product is not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

  • Free Standard Shipping in the UK for orders over £70. Use of discount code may void free shipping unless the total order payment is over £70.
  • Free Express Shipping in the UK for orders over £120. Use of discount code may void free shipping unless the total order payment is over £120.

  • £10 Standard Shipping flat rate across the UK.
  • DHL Express Shipping calculated at checkout based on weight, parcel size and distance

In case of return, shipping fees are not refundable.


Ordering and Dispatch Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Orders are dispatched the same business day if placed before 1pm Melbourne, Australia time (AEDT or AEST).

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Moorabbin (3189), Victoria, Australia. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Australian public holidays.


Tracking Your Order: Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel through the link provided by email.

If there are significant delays and you have not received your parcel, please contact the delivery provider through your tracking link. If you have further concerns, please complete our submit a request form and select “Delivery and Shipping”.

We recommend ordering according to your usual UK standard size. If you do not have an idea of your approximate UK size, you may check the size chart for body measurements and look on each B Free product to find your corresponding B Free size.

As a general guide, we recommend ordering tops & slips according to your bust size, shapewear according to your hip size, and underwear according to your hip size. Note that this can vary depending on your body shape and personal preference.
